Warranty: All Simply Artiscia Designs come with a lifetime warranty for repairs and conditional replacements. If your treasure is damaged and in need or repair or replacement, you may send it back to us for analysis .. if it is found irreparable we will issue upon assessment decisions, a replacement. this item can be up to the value of your item or less depending on the value of the gems and the damage.
Shipping: All shipping is free throughout the world for our treasure lovers. For expedited, over night, etc. all Free. We require a three day grace from the time of payment receipt to ship. Tracking. information will be provided to the email or phone number you provide at time of purchase. This is Covid season and during holidays as well we ask that everyone be patient and expect delays.
Returns/Refunds: All of our items are hand made with one thing in mind. Quality. They are inspired by Czarina Artiscia's personal Tates and creative interests. Since all of our items come with a lifetime guarantee of repairs and conditional replacements, we do not accept returns for refund. Instead we offer an exchange or complimentary replacement in the most extreme cases. Empire Treasures and Simply Artiscia Designs does not keep spare parts for your items. therefore if your items are found in need of repairs we will provide you with an address to send your item to for a visual assessment and analysis and your warranty options. Returns are typically not accepted however there are other options for the products if there are problems. Customer service is at the helm of our business experience. We require 100% satisfaction from our patrons and clients. If your item is received damaged and or unserviceable we will accept it and try to replace it or repair the damaged parts. Once the item has been worn it is not returnable.
Custom Orders: This is the only time we will allow a refund for any item,. All custom orders are final sale at time of production. Once we have begun your item refunds can not be considered. Therefore you will have from the time you purchase to the time we agree on your design to cancel your order. Once it goes into production and the designing begins we have a contracted agreement to continue and the sale is complete. You will be able to see the designing and creativity via updates and per your request. We value your input and want to make this treasure perfect. Once production begins it can take 7-10 days or more to complete the service. Delays are only due to changes and more complex designs,.If you require something that isn't in our stock we will have to send out for it. this can take longer and cause a delay for your treasure to be in your possession. We recommend, for those who want more expedited services to choose from our available options. If you choose to allow us to design one for you production time will take 5-7 days from receipt of payment. we will send to you three separate images. one when we begin to show you the items and colors we chose and that it is beginning. a mid way photo to show you the progress we have made and a completed project image complete with video recording for your perusal and delight. It is during these first two updates you can make any changes or add some input to our designing. once the third image is sent very few changes will be accepted if any at all.
